The page checks for a newer report every five minutes. A finite extract eventually reaches its end; the dashboard then says Replay complete. New genuine incidents require a connected source. Raw records, rejected payloads, and AWS administration are not exposed here.
Metric definitions
Final resolved_at and closed_at fields are excluded from earlier observations to prevent future-information leakage. Resolution durations are inferred from observed states. Assignment groups describe current ownership, not causal team performance. No SLA compliance claim is made.
